The Hotel delle Vittorie is superbly located in the Piazza Mazzini area of the city and is very well connected by public transport. Not far from the historical centre of Rome, we’re just a stone’s throw from the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica and the famous Vatican museums. All of these beautiful sights can be reached in about ten minutes on foot from our hotel entrance.

The historical centre is about a 15-minute bus ride away and if you travel by metro or underground the sightseeing possibilities become increasingly greater. The Colosseum and the Roman Forum are both about 15 minutes away and the Spanish Steps are about 5 minutes by underground. Around the Spanish Steps area are the biggest names in fashion – all grouped together in this prestigious part of town.

The Piazza Mazzini area has plenty to offer, a vast array of versatile shopping and an excellent choice of restaurants and wine bars. The whole area is abundant with exceptionally high quality establishments in which to wine and dine. The beauty of the area that surrounds the hotel is its comfort and healthy variety of facilities. After a hard day sightseeing or business dealings, there are masses of these quality eateries right on your doorstep.

The Hotel delle Vittorie Rome is about a 5-minute walk from Metro stop Lepanto. Rome has two airports: Leonardo da Vinci and Ciampino. Both about a 30 to 40 minute journey by road. The hotel can arrange an airport transfer but this must be booked in advance with the hotel reception staff.

If going it alone simply take public transport into Termini Station – the city’s public transport centre – the Metro Line A to Lepanto. Walk up Via Lepanto, across Piazza Mazzini and then take the first right after the Piazza.
